Basic changes and updates from version 3.1.3 to 3.1.4:

• OpenHRP3 now officially supports Ubuntu 12.10.
• The virtual joint can be used now. Thereby, the simulation of a closed link mechanism is possible.
• resolved some miscellaneous problems in OpenHRP.
